Pelvic Floor Awareness Workshop

COST: $65

EVENT INFO

image1 (1).jpeg

Explore and understand your own pelvic story. The Pelvic Floor muscles are affected by breath, posture, lifestyle patterns, trauma, birth, prolapse, bladder weakness, constipation, sexual discomfort and age. You will learn how too much or too little tone impacts the health of these muscles and why Kegels, considered a go to exercise for all things pelvic floor related, are not always the best option. This workshop will bring awareness to how the 3 layers of the pelvic floor support the pelvic organs and have the ability to lengthen, stretch, soften and stabilize using the tools of breath, postural alignment and specific yoga postures.

Please wear comfortable clothing, yoga experience is not necessary to attend.
